The Mantua Grove Community Advisory Panel (CAP) accepts applications for membership as vacancies occur or if there is a need to increase members to provide diversity in the community membership. After your completed application is received, an interview with the CAP Facilitator and a CAP Community or Company Representative may be scheduled.
The Mantua Grove Community Advisory Panel selects those applicants who they believe will best contribute to the CAP. The goal is to have a well-rounded membership whose backgrounds reflect a broad variety of viewpoints in the community while also being committed to a collaborative process of communication and mutual understanding. We strive to have a diverse group of community members that represent people & organizations in the area of the plant facilities; i.e. small business owners, education sector, neighbors, local governments and agencies, environmental group members, etc.
Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month, generally from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; attendance is extremely important. Eight meetings are held each year. Meetings are not held in December, January, July or August. A group outing is scheduled for July or August. More information on the purpose and function of the CAP can be found through the links in the above Table of Contents.
